$5 that's a bargain not matter what currency your talking about.

These tend to be a bit hot and not very breathable (for obvious reasons...) and the inside tends to leave some nasty black residue on whatever clothing you wear the NBC suit on.

There is coal on the inside rofl . No one in their right mind would want to wear something that ruins their undershirts :)

Doesn't really ruin your shirts, wore a black shirt and had minimal to no coal marks.

It's not intended to be used like a normal smock,it's a short exposure NBC smock, the black is a charcoal based lining and if you wear it and it gets wet it'll leave the clothing underneath in **** state!!
but for $5 that's a good bargain!

As previously stated it is a UK NBC smock. Ignore the black residue, trust me it is the warmest thing to wear on a cold night. Keep looking and you should be able to find the trousers to go with it.

ÖB, huh? In uppsala you can both smock and trousers for 95kr ($13). They had some rather nice winter mittens in DPM too (75kr/$10). But I almost prefer the classic ol' wind"proof" coat (vindrocken). But $5 is like nothing... Should get me one of those suits.

Hi guys! Thanx for all the helpful replys. I found the trousers for the same price.
Is the smock and pants intended to help against gas or liquid chemical warfare. Does do any help against chemical "rain"?
And do anyone of you know how long in a a contaminated area it can be used?
Would be interesting to know. and to compare with the swedish stuff I normally have.

dont like the stuff, gave mine away with the NBC gloves. It just doesnt beat a normal smock which is designed for the job (i.e. breast pockets). I own several smocks (all given) and the Para one must be the best.

Isn't it like 1-3 months in contaminated area? I think it was something like that.
