When you're attacked, you know you're doing something right. Apparently a certain IP that I won't mention is attempting to flood the web server here, generating large amounts of bandwidth. Measures are being taken to stop it of course, but if this site goes up or down for small amounts of time in the near future, it's just us messing with things to take care of this. Thanks.

3) IF YOU USE GOOGLE SEARCH AND TYPE IN "FRENCH MILITARY VICTORIES," YOUR REPLY WILL BE: "DID YOU MEAN FRENCH MILITARY DEFEATS?"

4) IF YOUR ONLY ANTI-WAR SLOGAN IS "NO WAR FOR OIL," SUE YOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR ALLOWING YOU TO SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS AND ROBBING YOU OF THE EDUCATION YOU DESERVE.

5) SADDAM AND BIN LADEN WILL NOT SEEK UNITED NATIONS APPROVAL BEFORE THEY TRY TO KILL US.

6) DESPITE COMMON BELIEF, MARTIN SHEEN IS NOT THE PRESIDENT. HE ONLY PLAYS ONE ON TV.

Yeah.. we tracked it down to a machine in Bulgaria and shut off access to it. Back to normal now. I never liked those guys. :roll:

I'm sure they can whip some sense into the 13 year old who's behind it. woot One of the benefits is that the program that was doing it, suffered from the lag between the US and there, which slowed things down. If it had been in North America it would have slowed things down a lot more.

I'm surprised that someone actually took the effort to mess with this site. I'm sure there's more high profile sites that they could bother.

Larger sites would look at the traffic generated and probably not even notice. When there isn't much bandwidth available in the first place, every little bit counts. :)
