As long as there's a trend going on in Hollywood, I thought I'd ask. And yes, I know that not all of these are out yet, but feel free to speculate based on trailers you've seen.

Personally, I'm psyched for Return of the King. I think it's got breath-taking visuals, fantastic acting, and some of the statements in it are really profound and uplifting. Giant fantasy battles with a strong moral underpinning. And Liv Tyler. Who could ask for anything more?

Agent Smith can't change the fact that the pinnacle of Keanu Reeves' acting career was Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. The messiah talks and looks like a stoned surfer. This is a serious problem.

The Matrix Reloaded had lots of cool visuals, but it seemed to have lost both the soul and the direction that the first Matrix had. I seriously doubt the third can bring that back.

Babylon 5: In the Beginning

Humans and the Minbari have a huge misunderstanding during first contact which leads to the destruction of the Minbari ship. A huge war breaks out which leads to a final battle for Earth in space where the humans, even though they don't stop fighting, are fvcked. Then something happens that I don't remember that stops the war.

Although I voted for Return Of The King, I was very pleasantly surprised by T3.

I would recommend seeing both. I watched the theater and extended versions of the Fellowship, and it was almost like two different movies. Some of the details are different... I actually found it vaguely irritating. Maybe that's just me.

Evil dead trilogy guys. Now those are some wierd but entertaining movies.

Personally I havent watched any lord of the rings movies (No i dont live in a cave). The matrix was all hype, the terminator idea was a good one but i think it probably should have been released a couple years ago...all in all im not a fan of movies anymore the ideas are regurgetated and over hyped. Last movie I seen that was actually any good was phone booth. Usually movies that are sequels blow....
