what is the command structure for the predator drones... i know CIA has some involvement with them as does the USAF... ive read in some articles that the CIA plans missions and flies the drones. other reports said the CIA provides the tasking and the USAF flies the sorties... does anyone know?

Yeah , the old Predators have 2 Hellfire missiles , but new RQ-9(?) have more Hellfire missiles .
