View Full Version : Canadian Security Contractors in the Philippines
New to this site.....This is about our involvement in the "Covert" war against the MILF and NPA rebels in Mindanao, Philippines. I am currently training a group of civilian para-military unit and as part of the 4 weeks course, I take them out in the field for the last week hunting down terrorist camps and destroying them. So far, in the last two serials we ran, we destroyed 3 rebel camps and capturing some weapons. Anyway, heres the link:

Hardly a "covert" war when you start to post OPSEC details in the internet, your grammar is also pretty poor for one who claims to be an Instructor!
By actively being involved in offensive Ops,you do not fall into the security contractor bracket,I'm very sceptical of your claims especially for a first time poster!!

On 16 April 2004 Sandline International announced the closure of the company's operations.
The general lack of governmental support for Private Military Companies willing to help end armed conflicts in places like Africa, in the absence of effective international intervention, is the reason for this decision. Without such support the ability of Sandline to make a positive difference in countries where there is widespread brutality and genocidal behaviour is materially diminished.
