talking about the ammo vest
The person on the left (the "medic") seems to be wearing a Blackhawk chest pouch.
The person in the center and on the right of the picture appear to be wearing a vest based on the blackhawk Omega vest.
Only with a different closure system, and with just a couple of pouches sewn to the vest. Also the rubbery stuff on the shoulder is left off.

So its not a real vest?
So its not a real vest?
That would depend on your definition of what a "real" vest is?¿?
It looks real enough to me, and I doubt anyone photoshopped those vests in there.
What exactly do you mean?

Is it a military vest or movie prop?

I'd go with prop, since these guys are stunt guys.
