I went through a course lately which had a lot of active handgun training. Dozens of repeted drawings and cockings of a gun and in my case one with really bad ergonomics of the slide.
I guess my hands bruise easliy, cause after the first day I started having cuts on my cocking hand, and in the next couple of days I had open and bleeding wounds to the extent I couldn't opreate the slide anymore.

can any one recommend a good pair of gloves that are thin enough to retain the feel, have a good outer texture to retain the grip yet offer good protection.
I don't really need them for both hands during training, but if I do wear them both the pull finger should be either thinner lined or removeable.
I think mabye something like our army's nomex gloves might be good, but I don't have them to check except in the active reserve duty and it's not anytime soon.
I did some search, but the photos and descriptions doesn't really give first-hand knowledge of their feel.
Oh and I'm looking of course for a source who delivers outside the US.

Thanks for the input.
btw I mentioned the feeling part, I need to be able to feel the trigger just in the right/ready position.
as to the totally fingerless glove,it's not that good, at least for my left hand, since I pull the slide between what would be unprotected with these gloves.
About the bottom model, they seem thick, or is it just the photo?
Also, the site doesn't show the palm area and it says it's leather, is that sueade like leather,or smooth one?

The duty line of shooting gloves maybe more up for me,as any one tried this? http://www.hatch-corp.com/lawpages/images/ns430.jpg

If you are not hung up on having "shooting gloves'" cause you're shooting, look into Mechanics gloves. A brand called "Mechanix" has been pretty good. They are relatively cheap and you can buy them at just about any auto parts store. They are tough, have protection but a lot of dexterity in the fingers as well.

A buddy used them during a tour in A-stan and turned me onto them.
