if it was coming out, it would be very blurry.
i think it's going in, but it could be resting on the side of the barrel.

The guy in the middle looks like he has comms gear on,or ear defenders!! no I mean underneath that, in middle and on top of his head.
I guess you haven’t seen too many orthodox (or modern orthodox) Jews, for if you have you would know exactly what I am referring to ;)

Can't remembr the name of them, but would he not wear a black one?
It certianly does look like one tho,but would he not wear it "under" his hat and not on top of it?

It certianly does look like one tho,but would he not wear it "under" his hat and not on top of it?No we are not talking about ultra orthodox Jews but about modern orthodox Jews. They wear all types of colours and they just wear that without any hats and if they would have one then yes they would wear it underneath.
Secondly yes they would not wear it over a hat but in that pic it is not o sure that he has one. It looks like his hair.
It is called a kippa or a skullcap in English
Now that you get it, you have to admit that I am onto something ;)
I mean there are many Israeli soldiers that look like that and have the same type’s of set-up with the kippa underneath the comms gear (just like in the picture).

just a quick question - in the last pic where they are all standing in plain clothes - how come there are in Russia - notice the flag - they also have the same hats on in that pic as all the rest (plain clothes and in cammo) - and one guy is wearing hunting cammo - also, why are the uniforms so clean? - are you sure they are SF in northern Irag

hunting jacket does seem a bit out of place... otherwise excellent pics of a operation that didn't get much attention besides their actual landing. What is with that plain clothes picture? what exactly was their purpose in northern Iraq>? does anyone have any idea?

Your typical unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, direct action, special reconnaissance, information operations and counter-proliferation.
