As a kid i was mildly lactose intolerant, so i had to try and avoid dairy products. And i kinda developed a dislike for milk.

But now i seem to have outgrown that condition so i do drink milk. Though i find white milk gross... i mainly drink chocolate, strawberry or vanilla flavored milk, at least a glass a day. If i dont drink a glass a day, i make up for it with cheeses, ice cream, other products containing the Calcium in milk. I try and drink a glass of water, milk and orange juice each day, as by doing so it should keep me relatively healthy.

A glass of water? Not nearly enough to be healthy... try 8 or 10.

But you're right, milk is good for you. I have a little milk or cheese every day, plus I get juice that's fortified with extra calcium.

PS- Organic milk is best... cow antibiotics are for sick cows, not healthy humans (I can't take credit, that came from Men's Health).

who would want to drink something that came out of a cow.. sorry but i dont see why you want to drink the milk from a different species... i think milks nasty.. i drink it sometimes in tea... other than that i try to avoid it.

OH, believe me, I've seen the "gallon challenge", but would never participate. I believe it's mainly due to the QUANTITY of milk taken in that makes them hurl. People have been drinking milk for thousands of years, so I just don't buy into that argument.

Actually, no I don't feel any different. I probably drink nearly a quart of milk every 1 or 2 days and feel great.
