Reads like the real deal, especially his experience with post traumatic stress and how he recommends dealing with it. Hopefully, the troops returning home from Iraq will be able to take advantage of the experiences of soldiers from previous wars and won't have to suffer in silence like Vietnam Veterans did for so many years.
