I have read that at alot of websites and I'm pretty sure that it has been confirmed as a joke.

Man you even stuffed up the joke, the Canadians say "This is a light house your call".

First, this belongs in the joke section, secondly, it was so unreadable that i don't think there was a complete sentence in there, and thirdly, the thing I hate the most, the thread name was in all caps. Locked...
