didn't the USMC has adopted the M16A4, why i saw in the gallery of the USMC all the marine were carrying M16A2??

When a new piece of equipment is adopted it takes time for that piece of equipment to be issued to every person. They dont decide to adopt something, then stockpile the equipment waiting for enough to issue to everyone.
And you could be seeing pics of Marines who simply dont like all the bells and whistles and are using the weapon with Iron sights.

What is the difference between the M16A3 and the M16A4 again? Was it the addition of Knight's Armament Company rail interface system stuff?

both A3 and A4 have the RIS, the difference is the 3 is full auto, and the 4 is 3rd burst

I dunno, I've never seen an M16A3 with RIS...
Knight's makes an M5 Rifle, I think it's called, which is broadly similar to the M16A4 you described. I have also seen M1613's with an M4 Carbine buttstock on them, which I thought was somewhat unusual. Is there any different designation for that?

The Army is getting the M16A4's before the Marines. That's how it always goes.
