13. SS was not a part of Croatian army.
BTW Croatian regime at that time considerd Bosnain muslims as Croats.
There is not many muslims in Former Yu taht consider themsevs as Croat not now not then.

Informations obout division and creation of the same you can find in the book: "Himmlers Bosnian division" by Georg Lepre.
