I found this photo on the internet a few months back, can someone give a little background on it? The insignia below the swastika by his hand is he SD?

That's John Carradine, the actor who is the father of David Carradine, from a WWII propaganda movie. Anyone know the film's title?

Looks a lot like Heydrich though.. Probably supposed to look like him.
