I would like to know if anyone has read a book about Operation Iraqi Freedom from the British forces point of view, either written by an embedded reporter or an author.
I really would like to get my hands on one, so i could learn abit more about what the British troops got upto.

Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Well, first off, the Brits don't refer to it as Operation Iraqi Freedom - Here's the MoD website: Operation Telic - Index (http://www.operations.mod.uk/telic/) and Operations in Iraq - Lessons for the Future (http://www.mod.uk/publications/iraq_futurelessons/).

Royal Engineers - Operation Telic (http://www.army.mod.uk/royalengineers/ops/telic/)

From the National Audit Office: Operation Telic: UK Military Ops in Iraq (http://www.nao.org.uk/publications/nao_reports/03-04/030460.pdf)

From Britain's Small Wars (http://www.britains-smallwars.com/): Operation Telic: March - May 2003 (http://www.britains-smallwars.com/gulf2/)
