all I know is aljazeera claimed to show 2 POWs and 2 dead "british" soldiers

The "PW's" are Kenyan Crown Agent Contractors. The 2 KIA have been confirmed as Sapper Luke Allsopp, 24, and Staff Sergeant Simon Cullingworth, 36 of 33 (EOD) Engineer Rgt

According to BBC's 'Newsnight' last night the two Kenyans were released by Brit forces who liberated al-Zubayr yesterday :D
