I'd like rather to see how all this stuff will work from 3 miles on moving target. This have much more practical use.

Lockheed Martin's LOSAT Successfully Defeats Long-Range Moving Target in Nighttime Test (http://www.silverstatenews.com/newssections/Aviation/aerohighlights/lockheed(sept)/page22.htm)
LOSAT 2 (http://www.webmutants.com/strategypage/losat2.mpg) <--- bigger video file
http://www.webmutants.com/strategypage/losat.jpg
Test shot of the LOSAT (Line of Sight Anti Tank missile), launched off of a HUMVEE, which carries two loaded canisters on each side (4 missiles total). The commander/gunner supposedly can acquire and track three targets simultaneously, and engage one.* Since the missile is hypervelocity (5000 feet per second), and has a maximum range of 5 kilometers, it doesn't take long to reacquire and engage the next two targets.* The missile carries a kinetic kill warhead and penetrates all known or projected armor; it is 5 times more lethal than today's hottest tank round. It is also air droppable by parachute and can be sling carried by helicopter.*

Wow now that is utterly scary. 5000 ft per second, yah dont have much of a chance against that weaponry. I feel so naked :(

I'm not sure it is Russian/Soviet. Look at gun and turret siluettes - they does not belongs to T-72 or T-55 or T-54. May be it is from your arsenal. M60? M48? Not sure...

Not a render, cut&paste job. If you look carefully you can see that the tires are compressed.

It is either a T54 or a T10M...I am looking at it paused right now. Definately Russian either way.
