I'm not sure if this is the name of what I am thinking, but I mean the briefing from Franks and the other leaders over there that they show every few days or so. The reason I bring this up, is that I thought I noticed something alittle odd while walking past the TV and they showed a clip from it. At a podium was a man in US three color camo, wasn't Franks, but a younger guy, behind him were the Aussie and UK Commanders. To the far left however, It very much appeared to be a man in Tropentarn (German, Desert Flecktarn Camo). I could only see half of his body, and only for a second, but I'm almost sure I caught the pattern. Any one have ideas on this?

Didnt see the brief in question, but could be the Polish HMFIC.

germans aren't going to be helping us on the fight against saddam so obviously it's some other country. germany isn't really into the whole "war" scene right now, be it their crap economy or their pacifist stance due to their whole "recovering alcoholic" type thing where they're afraid that if they start fighting they won't be able to stop.

Yes, I know David. That is why I found it odd. I guess I figured it might be Germans, mostly because it was reported the KSK were training in Kuwait with Brits and our guys.
Good point also, PSYWAR, the Polish desert camo is alittle similar in pattern to Flecktarn.

It was a Danish officer. (As it is a coalition, they probably wanted as many as possible to stand there behind General Franks.)

Hey speaking of briefings... (off topic slightly)
Can anyone find me a picture of Victoria Clarke doing a pentagon briefing last week wearing that pink, grey, and blue outfit? I've searched high and low and can't find a pic of that awful clown outfit she was sporting. I'd like to show it to a friend who wants to have a good chuckle.
It took my attention too so I looked for it in fullcoverage.yahoo.com.
Here is te picture:

Does anybody know the Dutch contribution in this war?

Thats interesting. I wonder when the Dutch will secure a perminent camo pattern? I have seen them in pictures both use multiple ones for both Woodland and Desert Enviroments. They have used US Woodland, and British DPM for jungle/woodland, and US Three Color, and now the Tropentarn for Desert.
