Palestinian children walk on the ruins of the destroyed house of Bassam Abu Libdeh, 33, a clothes merchant in the Rafah refugee camp in the southern part of Gaza strip, early November 16, 2003. Israeli forces killed one Palestinian in a raid on Sunday and captured a suspected weapons runner in charge of a network of arms-smuggling tunnels on the Gaza Strip's border with Egypt, the army said. Last month, Israeli forces killed eight people and left 1,000 homeless during a three-day operation to demolish tunnels in Rafah which the army says has become a major channel for weapons for a three-year-old Palestinian uprising. *******/Str
