great rifle for sure! woot

but I would think that the 16" barrel is too short for .308 (?). I would prefer the 18".

Has somebody ever tried it?

Why won't SA sell 20 round mags? Maybe someone should tell them that the ban is over. :cantbeli:

Added a rail system to the "SOCOM" 16". I've had people constantly asking me for this rifle.

They are fun to shoot (the SOCOM 16). A great coyote/varmint rifle for offhand shots on ranches and ****.

No real need to mock it for it's inadequacies. It isn't intended to be a battle rifle. A coyote isn't going to feel the 300fps or whatever difference. ;)
