WTK - Serb police/military vests?

Does anyone know where one of these vests can be found, or any information about them? You can see it in the bottom picture on this web site:

I'm looking to add one of these vests to my collection, provided one can be found. Many auction sites have been searched over time, yet I keep coming up empty handed. Thanks in advance for any information.

My gues is that Mile Dragic company makes them.They are only one that makes such tings in Serbia I think.Maby first vest on this page is one from the photo but I am not sure because this is front photo.Send them E-mail with photo and ask if that is their vest etc,...
