Cops Search Michael Jackson's Ranch
Tuesday, November 18, 2003
LOS OLIVOS, Calif. — Investigators armed with a search warrant are swarming Michael Jackson's (search) Neverland Ranch.
Court TV (search) and "Extra" (search) both reported that a 12-year-old boy has brought allegations against the pop star. At least one ambulance was present Tuesday on the Neverland (search) grounds.
A source told "Extra" correspondent Michael Bryant the boy recently approached a Los Angeles law firm and claimed inappropriate conduct by the superstar. It was unclear if those allegations were the cause for the raid, but no immediate arrests were made.
Jackson and his three young children are not currently at Neverland, but Jackson is in the country, Jackson's publicist Stuart Backerman said.
A source told Fox News that reports of Backerman heading to the ranch to make a statement Tuesday were untrue. But reporters were awaiting a press conference in Las Vegas with updates on the situation.
Jackson had been in Las Vegas for three weeks shooting a video, and news of the raid came as a "complete surprise," a source close to the pop star told Foxnews.com's Roger Friedman.
Authorities carried out the search warrant at the 45-year-old singer's sprawling home in the Santa Ynez Valley outside of Santa Barbara, Calif. said a sheriff's spokesman. The Santa Barbara County district attorney's office was also involved in the action, he added.
More than 20 investigators from the Santa Barbara County sheriff's and district attorney's offices served a warrant as part of an "ongoing criminal investigation," Sgt. Chris Pappas said in a statement.
The district attorney's office had no comment.
"The district attorney's office got a search warrant, which means a judge found probable cause that a crime has been committed," "Celebrity Justice” executive producer Harvey Levin told Fox News. Levin said an arrest warrant for Jackson hadn't been issued.
The singer who had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991), saw his career begin to collapse in 1993 amid allegations he molested a boy. Jackson has maintained his innocence, and charges were never filed. He reportedly paid an approximately $20 million settlement.
Jackson's spiritual advisor, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, told Fox News he had tried to counsel the singer about being more responsible.
"I have sent him many messages," the rabbi said on Fox. "We're not just talking about the fall of a business. We're talking about the fall of a human being."
Added Boteach: "He's not a child, he's an adult, and he has to accept" the consequences of his actions.
Uri Geller, a psychic and paranormalist who is a long-time friend of Jackson's, told Fox News that if the allegations are of a ****** nature, he could not believe they were true.
"I'm a father myself and I would never associate myself with anyone who would do anything with a child," Geller said. Geller described Jackson as "gullible, innocent, maybe a little confused ... but I would never believe he would ******ly abuse a child."
Last year there was a public outcry after Jackson, a former child-star, stunned fans by dangling his baby, whom he reportedly calls "Blanket," from a hotel window in Germany. The child's face was covered was a towel. In public, Jackson usually has each of his three children covered in masks or veils.
Earlier this year, Jackson revealed in a British TV documentary that he shared his bedroom at Neverland with young boys as part of sleepovers, but said nothing ****** had occurred.
Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, who began serving federal prison time Monday for possessing illegal explosives. Pellicano is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers.
Pellicano, 59, worked for Jackson as a spokesman and security consultant during the abuse investigation.
The search came on the same day Epic Records released "Number Ones," a greatest hits collection featuring Jackson's new single, "One More Chance." On Nov. 26, CBS is scheduled to air a Jackson special consisting mainly of old concert footage.

The Koran recommends terrorizing, beheading, maiming, cutting off alternate limbs, arresting, besieging, ambushing, banishing, crucifying, killing, and warring with unbelievers. ("...you may strike terror into the enemies of God and the faithful, and others besides them." "I shall cast terror into the hearts of infidels. Strike of their heads, maim them in every limb!" "Make war on them until idolatry is no more and God's religion reigns supreme." "When the sacred months are over slay the idolaters wherever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush everywhere for them." "Those that make war against God and His apostle and spread disorders in the land shall be put to death or crucified or have their hands and feet cut off on alternate sides, or be banished from the country." And so on.) Such passages can be used to justify executions, mutilations, torture, and whatever else these passages literally mean.

Oh boy here we go!!! This second Asshole of the month award goes to Michael Jackson a.k.a Wacko Jacko. First of all look at this ****ing freak show!!!! It's hard to believe that this was once that cute little black kid in the Jackson 5 that had little girls soaking their panties all over the world. It's too bad they were able to put the fire out when his nasty ass head caught on fire during the shooting of that Pepsi commercial back in the 80's. The world truly would have been a better place without him. It's too bad his life wasn't discontinued back when he was still having his his pet monkey suck his ****. You do remember his pet monkey don't you? Bubbles was his pet monkey that he used to bust nuts on before he upgraded to little boys. I was just about to go off an people who actually think that this sick pedophile doesn't fancy little boys but I honestly don't think there is anyone out there that thinks he doesn't. I really don't understand anything he does. He sleeps in an Oxygen chamber to prolong his life which absolutely makes no sense to me. Why in t **** would he want to live any longer than he has to???? And for ****s sake MICHAEL!!!! Stop trying to act like you like women. You almost had some people fooled with Brook Shields, but not the date with Madonna. That skanky ****ing whore wouldn't even let you lick her beaten up meat mop. How much did you pay Lisa Marie to marry you????????? How does this circus side show have all that damn money? WE ALL KNOW YOU LIKE HAIRLESS ***** SO GIVE IT UP!!!!! How the hell does our society allow someone like this to have so much power??? He had charges of seducing and ******ly abusing a 13 year old kid and now he is dangling his ****ing children out of a hotel window. It probably would have been better off for the kid to have been dropped to it's death than to be raised by this freak. Have you seen his kids??? I forgot, no one has!!! They lives there lives with a damn towel over there face or a veil like some Arabian bitch. Where does he get these kids anyway the black market? I'm tired and don't feel like writing anymore about this waste of molecules. I could go on forever. One last thing, Jackson was presented with a birthday cake at the MTV Video Music Awards a couple months back, but mistakenly thought he's was getting an award for "artist of the millennium" The whore that gave him the cake said that to her he was the artist of the millennium. He then proceeded to give an acceptance speech. Sorry Mike, you didn't receive an award that night. But it was enough to earn you the ASSHOLE OF THE MONTH AWARD!!!!!!!!!!!

radical muslim groups actually carry out acts which are in accord with the last 'stage' of jihad. it's not a matter of warping: it's taught in the Quran.
BTW, fox news channel, with the other major networks, maintains the opposite (PC) viewpoint that Islam is a peaceful religion.

Seoulstriker, I have two words for you and your muslim bashing cronies:
NORTHERN IRELAND.
That chaotic joint is a good example of what normal, decent, WESTERN, god-fearing folk are capable of. Not under Shariah law, not following the teachings of Buddha, or Shiva, or even the Hale-Bopp comet. And whaddya know, they happen to read the Bible, too. And in the latter half of the 20th century, to boot. Hmmm..What's wrong with this picture....?
Before you start riding that sanctimonious high horse of yours again, I reccomend you check out somewhere like Singapore, where Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, and Christians (EVERY flavour, too, mate. Mormon, Anglican, Catholic, Presbyterian, Methodist...maybe even Aamish.) all co-exist very, very well. And they even manage to do it in a fairly democratic manner...
Muslims do NOT have the monopoly on radical exteremism, so stop tarring every one of them with the same brush. :bash:
By extension of your flawed logic, every african-american reckons that non-believers ought to be killed too, because Rev. Louis Farrakhan said so. Broad generalizations such as yours do almost as much harm as the crap the bad guys are sprouting, man! I have seen your posts, and you usually are a very valued contributor to the forum, but dude, that is pretty poor form. Come to think of it, I DARE you to call Cassius Clay/Mohammed Ali someone who thinks your nation is a nation of unbelievers who must be Killed.

Arrest Warrant Issued for Michael Jackson
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20031119/us_nm/people_jackson_dc
LAS VEGAS (*******) - California police have issued an arrest warrant for pop star Michael Jackson and are negotiating with his lawyers on the terms of his surrender, a Las Vegas police spokesman said on Wednesday.
The spokesman said that California authorities had contacted the Las Vegas department because Jackson was staying in the gambling resort city preparing a music video.
Spokesman Jose Montoya said the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department did not specify the charges in the warrant against Jackson.
There have been widespread media reports that the 45-year-old singer is being investigated on allegations that he molested a 12-year-old boy who stayed at his Neverland Ranch about three months ago.
Santa Barbara police have scheduled a news conference for 2 p.m. EST. About 60 police investigators have been searching Jackson's Neverland Ranch compound in central California since Tuesday, hauling away dozens of boxes in the so-far unexplained probe.

Does anyone remember his property getting searched before or was the last case just a civil one.
In a sense I'm glad this is happening. That whole farce with the last one ending in a settlement pay off was horrible. These things shouldn't be decided in civil court, they're criminal matters and should have gone to a criminal court right from the beginning. This time we'll find out once and for all if he really did the things he's accused of.

Arrest Warrant Issued for Jackson
Wednesday, November 19, 2003
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — An arrest warrant has been issued for pop superstar Michael Jackson (search), Fox News has confirmed.
"There is an arrest warrant for Michael Jackson," senior Deputy Tim Gracey of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department (search) told The Associated Press.
Gracey said Jackson was in Las Vegas and authorities were negotiating with Jackson's lawyer for his surrender.
The arrest warrant is for a violation of Section 288 of the California Penal Code (search), which prohibits lewd or lascivious acts with a child under age 14, according to Gracey.
He said more details would be released at the 2 p.m. EST (11 a.m. PST) press conference with officials from the Santa Barbara County sheriff's and district attorney's offices.
The arrest warrant comes a day after an extensive raid on the singer's Neverland Ranch (search), which began Tuesday morning and lasted well into the night for a total of 14 1/2 hours. Authorities said the search and subsequent arrest warrant came after a months-long criminal probe.
Jackson's own public-relations machine was still reeling from reports that the highly-publicized raid was related to ******-abuse allegations made by an young boy.
"We cannot comment on law enforcement's investigation because we do not yet know what it is about," said Stuart Backerman, Jackson's official spokesman. "Michael will, as always, cooperate fully with authorities in any investigation even as it is conducted, yet again, while he is not home."
• For more on the possible allegations, see Foxnews.com's 411.
The boy's family was said to be in seclusion, Fox News learned, and wasn't looking for any monetary settlement but instead wanted justice served through the court system.
"The [search] warrant stated that it was in response to a complaint of a male child, 12 years old, who claims that there was ****** molestation that took place at Neverland Ranch," attorney Brian Oxman, who said he had represented the Jackson family for 14 years, told a morning television news show Wednesday.
Oxman himself was not representing Jackson, though he said he had spoken with members of Jackson's family.
"It is very upsetting to them," Oxman said on another morning news show Wednesday. "They are just really very shocked by this entire incident and they go, 'Here we go again.' Michael is just a sitting target for people to take potshots at him.'"
Supporters React
Current and former Jackson supporters were shocked by the news of the investigation and the raid.
"If this is a true criminal investigation, this is very, very serious," said Uri Geller (search), a controversial self-styled psychic and paranormalist who calls himself a longtime friend of Jackson's. "This could finish Michael Jackson forever."
Former Jackson friend and spiritual advisor Rabbi Shmuley Boteach (search) told Fox News on Wednesday that he'd warned the pop singer on several occasions to "rescue himself" because he was spiraling out of control.
"I told him, 'You've got to get your life together,'" Boteach said on Fox.
Through Backerman, the 45-year-old Jackson released a statement to the media Tuesday night that read in part: "I've seen lawyers who don't represent me and spokespeople who do not know me speaking for me."
Jackson questioned the timing of the raid — which happened the same day Epic Records released "Number Ones," a greatest hits collection featuring Jackson's new single "One More Chance."
There was no word on whether CBS would go ahead with its Nov. 26 special on the pop singer, which was said to feature old concert footage.
Child Molestation Allegations
Sixty to 70 personnel from the Santa Barbara County sheriff's and district attorney's offices served a search warrant about 11:30 a.m. EST (8:30 a.m. PST) Tuesday, Sgt. Chris Pappas said.
Pappas said no arrests were made during the search, which lasted through the night.
Numerous sources told Fox News and other media outlets that the search did indeed stem from a child-molestation allegation.
Backerman refused to comment on any allegations and said neither he nor Jackson knew the details of the investigation. He added that the singer and his three young children had spent the last three weeks in Las Vegas for the production of a music video.
The $12.3 million Santa Ynez Valley (search) property, which has a mansion, its own zoo and amusement park with bumper cars, a merry-go-round and Ferris wheel, has often been the site of children's parties. Investigators searched only select locations on the property, said sheriff's Cmdr. Bill Byrne.
A source told Michael Bryant, a correspondent for the syndicated "Extra" television show, that the boy said to be behind the alleged accusations recently approached a Los Angeles law firm and claimed inappropriate conduct by the pop superstar.
A rival TV show, "Celebrity Justice," reported that it was the 12-year-old boy's revelations during a therapy session that were behind the search warrant, the show's producers told Foxnews.com.
The boy, who had spent time at Neverland Ranch, entered therapy several months ago and disclosed information the therapist felt compelled to report to authorities, according to "Celebrity Justice" sources.
Under California law, if a health-care practitioner "knows or reasonably suspects" a child to be a victim of abuse, the practitioner must report the abuse to law enforcement authorities "as soon as practically possible."
News of the raid came as a "complete surprise" to Jackson, a source close to the pop star told Foxnews.com's Roger Friedman.
History of Abuse Accusations
If the reports of child-molestation allegations are true, it would be the second time the pop singer has faced such an accusation. In 1994, he reportedly paid about $20 million to a 14-year-old boy to settle a case in which criminal charges were never filed.
In the criminal complaint filed in that case, the boy claimed Jackson kissed and molested him on several occasions while the two were in bed together and said he once took a bath with the pop singer. He said the situation got "out of hand."
Jackson, who's had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991), saw his career begin to collapse after the 1993 allegations.
Last year there was a public outcry after Jackson, a former child star, stunned fans by dangling his baby, whom he reportedly calls "Blanket," from a hotel window in Germany. The child's face was covered with a towel.
Jackson called the incident a "terrible mistake," and Berlin authorities said the actions were not punishable.
Not much is known about Prince Michael II, whose mother has not been identified. The singer's 6-year-old son, Prince Michael I, and 5-year-old daughter, Paris, were born during his marriage to Debbie Rowe, his plastic surgeon's nurse, which ended in 1999.
He was also married to Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis Presley's daughter, between 1994 and 1996.
Jackson routinely keeps the children's heads covered with cloth while escorting them in public, and he usually sports a surgical mask himself when out and about. He has said he wants to protect them from the public eye.
As of December 2002, when Jackson interacted with young fans outside a lawsuit hearing in Santa Maria, Calif., he was still inviting children to his home for parties.
Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano (search), who began serving federal prison time Monday for possessing illegal explosives. Pellicano is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers, but has refused to name his clients.
Pellicano, 59, worked for Jackson as a spokesman and security consultant during the abuse investigation.
A Fallen 'King of Pop'
The "King of Pop" amassed a half-billion-dollar fortune over the past 20 years, but his former financial advisers said in a lawsuit last spring that he is saddled with debt and teetering near bankruptcy. Current financial advisers have denied that claim.
Jackson has appeared weak and ghostly pale at many of his recent public appearances, and his own attorneys have said has been involved in nearly 1,000 lawsuits.
In June, he suffered a suspected anxiety attack during a visit to Indianapolis to deliver a deposition in a lawsuit and his doctor said the singer was weak, dizzy and dehydrated.
In a separate Santa Maria lawsuit hearing earlier this year, the singer hobbled into court on crutches with his left foot wrapped in bandages because of swelling from what he described as a spider bite and delayed testimony because he said he was too ill to appear in court.
When he did finally testify, he giggled during questioning and made comical faces at people in the courtroom.
In a television documentary broadcast earlier this year, Jackson said he had slept in a bed with many children.
"When you say bed, you're thinking ******," the singer said during the interview. "It's not ****** — we're going to sleep. I tuck them in. ... It's very charming, it's very sweet."

You are not frigging serious. Contemporary Muslim religion outlined by the Koran in no way advocvates such behviour, it infact does the opposite. Radical muslim groups have warped the view of the Koran to meet their agenda and desribe what you listed.

Hey, why all the hate for Jacko. He is THE American success story: A poor black boy who grew up to be a rich, white woman. :D
Sarcasm aside, did anyone hear his statement before he turned himself in? Something on the lines of "he'll turn himself in in the time and manner he chooses". WTF? How 'bout they slam his Mr. Potato Head assembled face into the turf, and drag him handcuffed into the holding cell instead?
Other than that, innocent until proven guilty.
Jacko is just a guy with to many facelifts thats why his face looks like his asshole. And about you raving lunatics who want Wacko his head on a plate, why don't you give Bush a call.
Maybe Bush will declare Jihad on Neverland.
I say nuke Neverland Sadam is hiding there.

Good thing I read this thread.
Listen buddy don't play that game.....
When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Gir'ga****es, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Per'izzites, and the Hivites, and the Jeb'usites, seven nations Acts 13.19 greater and mightier than thou;
2 and when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them:
3 neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.
5 But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire. Deut. 12.3
Deuteronomy 7
"The people called and used the trumpets so the wall fell in its place, they entered the city and murdered all its people, males, females, children, and the old people, even the cows, goats, and donkeys, using swords" (Yusha' 6/20). It is also mentioned that, "Yusha' had captured Muqeideh that day and murdered all the people, he did the same in Jericho and then moved to Labneh, and did the same as in Jericho" (Yusha' 10/28) Yusha Ben Noon is a Jewish prophet.
If you worhsip a piece of stone and call it a God, and you want to fight muslims then yes you shall be killed terrorized or whatever. Unles Christians and Jews worship pieces of stone then I don't think the verses refer to you.
Thanks for everyone that replied to his idiotic comments. And sorry f

PS: He is starting to start **** betweeen muslims and Jews although the muslims protected the jews when they fled spain. I think they would of killed them then why would they wait till now? Jews and Christians are well respected in the Quran and by muslims. They hate zionists yes but not jews.
