I have a green 7.62 ammo box that I use for my shotgun ammo. T he side of the box says M-60 and M-73. What gun is the M-73?

It's a tank MG, was used as the co-ax on the M48 & 60, not what you would call the most popular or reliable of weapons.

Not so easy on the eyes. It was replaced by the USMC with the M60E2 and by the Army with the M73E1/M219, until both were replaced with the M240E1.
