I bought a Macintosh less than a year ago (one of the new 17" iMacs) and I have been playing around with Mac's new .mac website service...trying it out for free for 60 days.
So here is a test run of videos photos and images from the past 12 months. All Photos and Videos are shot on a Canon 320 "Elph" Pocket Digital Camera.
The entire site can be found here: http://homepage.mac.com/richardstewart1/Menu4.html
...or by simply clicking on the link in my sig file below.
I hope to get some Knob Creek Video up there soon.
Currently I have illustrations from a freelance illustration job I had with Hasbro and videos of an HK91, Benelli M1, Romarm AK47 (sa), and H&K USC.
Let me know what you think. Photos will be up shortly and I will post updates.

The USC yes, but not the 91. I was filming then. :D
My family owns a farm and we sold of the mineral rights for about 45 acres of it to a local gravel company. We own the property, but they get the gravel. Currently the whole is now TWICE the size that it is in the video. We now have about 400 yards of range (this should double when they are done). D was shooting at a 3/8 high grade steel target at 200 yards away with .308.
My goal is to buy a M82 to shoot at this location. It would be perfect.

I am a Mac user man. Quicktime is the standard format...I'll upload the AVI files.
Edit: Sorry man, I currently do not have enough space. The original files are 7 MB each. I currently onlyhave 10 MB available. I'll see if I can find a converter for OSX.
Edit2: Ok, I found a way to write Mpeg4 files. Cool?

Just added this to the Misc section. It is a panoramic (four photo paste together) shot of what we call the upper range. Currently it is 15 meters deep with a 3 meter berm running around the top. In this photo it is close to 400 meters wide and 600 meters to the back with at least another 2 to 300 meters left to dig out...
We should be able to get about 800 meters out of it. Maybe more shooting from corner to corner.
P.S. Thanks for the compliment!

Added the panoramic above in the Misc photos area. We shoot here from time to time. I would love to turn it into a real range at some point int he not so distant future.
Updated teh USC video (for some reason it was only 2 sec long).
Added a clip from the KCR sub gun match. The guy s using a Thompson .45.

• A friend shooting a watermelon on our 4th of July Fruit Shoot with a Benelli Nova 12 ga.
• A flamethrower (using kerosene, not fuel oil) at Knob Creek (Fall 2003).
•Me shooting my DPMS AR-15. I bought a Harris bi-pod for a match grade fluted chrome bull barrel, which I sold, but kepot the bipod. Now its on my 16" Carbine mod...*chuckle*
It looks funny but shoots quite well.

Nope you did not miss anything.
It was freelance work. I used to design packages for P&G. Coke, Pepsi, Kraft, and Tropicana. I was laid off and started farming with the family. Decided not to look for another job and stick to boarding horses. I still enjoy doing illustration work and occassionaly do freelance projects.
I did some sweet revolutionary war maps that never got used...I ate the bill on that one.
Always get contracts. :)
Edit: We have gun day tomorrow, Sunday. I hope to have some more images up from the shoot.

Well, we went shooting today. Had a nice little turn out. I just dumped some video of it.
•Me shooting a Springfield M1 Garand. Receiver is pre-1950, barrel and furniture is post. I need to buy one of these. More than 50 years old and shoots like a laser.
•My friend shooting a 7.62 NATO CETME, semi-auto version of the Spanish assault rifle. Very smooth and accurate.
•A interesting clip of me shooting an H&K 26,5mm Flare Pistol that I purchased in October. I'll throw up some images of the box and cartridges later. I sort of got fancy on this one and did a crossfade between two chunks of video. The video gives you a fairly good idea how simple the action is on the device. My first HK "gun". :)
Like all the video, it is availabel in the download section. I should have some photos up soon.
If anyone has crits and comments, please feel free to let me know.
Cheers!

Just added a new picture of me shooting my AR15 from a standing position, a comparison between a typical 2 3/4" 12ga shell and one of the new Mexican mini rounds, and an iimage of a box of German 26.5mm starburst shells for my H&K flare pistol.
