That is a tiny picture from video that targeted that DHL cargo liner in Iraq this week. This was on Al Jazeerah.
It seems that the reason why their offices were closed was because they kept getting tips as to when the attacks were gonna happen, and they got their cameras in position to get a good view of it. Along with not telling US Forces nor the Iraqi Police

That's not all
Have you ever wondered how does el-jazeera have the biggest number of scoops , and always first in the scene ?
During Hisballah bombardments of the Israeli northern border , they always started to do so at 17:00 , becose that was the time of el-jazeera main daily news.So the first sentence was : Israeli border getting bombarded .. was an addition of very good looking video captures.

Thats why CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc. alway highlighted bad news from Iraq. Bush even went on national television last month and condemn U.S media for not being 'filtered' . So much for US's propaganda huh :fork:

Hizballah have been filming all their operations since the late 80's. They embeded journalists way before the US army did so. The attakcs on IDF posts usualy last for about 15 minutes. And Al Jazeera has a cameraman in the south. And Since the south is covered with a mountain series filming from any spot would show you the action.
That DHL film was taped by the people who carried out the attack and not al jazeera. They got the film but they didnt film it.
This technique was used by the Chechens and Lebanese. They would film their operations to show the enemy that they are losing casualties and its a propaganda thingy.

How come those areas aren't secured ?? Can it be ?
The fox news site had this video on their site yesterday but I guess they don't keep old news up for more than a day.

If you have evidence of an attack then it proves that the attack took place. For example without the video of the missile hitting the plane then in theory the US and the aircraft firm could claim it was mechanical failure.
Technically there's no video of the missile hitting the plane. The video shows them firing a missile into the clear blue sky, then it cuts to footage of the plane's wing already on fire and circling back to the runway. Technically it doesn't show squat.

One cannot compare foxnews, cnn, or msnbc etc to al-jazeera. Nobody at cnn would stand by while the us army shoots down a civilian jet. I do not subscribe to the theory of moral equivalency. There is a difference between coming upon a criminal act in progress, and having foreknowledge of one. These "journalists" are guilty of conspiracy, and would be found so in any court on the planet. To equate these al-jazeera degenerates with journalism is comical.

I doubt that an Al-Jazeera journalist filmed this, rather one of the resistance guys filmed it and handed it to Al-Jazeera, they get the scoops because the terrorists want middle-eastern support and thus choose to give the tape to the middle-eastern CNN rather than fox news.
To equate these al-jazeera degenerates with journalism is comical.
I agree with you :) CNN and FOx lie out of there asses while al-jazeera shows it like it is.
There's such a thing as responsible journalism. It's illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater for this reason. Concerning telling it like it is, is it still considered telling the truth if you only tell half of the story?
Their methods might differ, but Fox News and AJ have one thing in common: They concentrate more on the feel-good-factor of their viewers than actual journalism. Fox viewers can rest assured there will be no disturbing liberal viewpoints brought forward while AJ viewers don't have to doubt their anti-American and anti-Israeli sentiments.

What about the German journalist who handed his sat-phone to a CIA SOG operator during the siege of the Qala-e-Jangi prison in Afghanistan on the 24th of November 2001?
The CIA spook got in touch with CENTCOM through the US embassy in Tashkent and finally was saved by massive air firepower and brit SBS/SAS.
Is it impartial journalism or saving your ass in a really bad situation? just asking.

Journalism is too far ranging for it to be crictised. There are different types of Journalists with different objectives, views, attitudes and ways of doing things. Some are good, some are bad, some suit the big T's and some suit the anti-T forces.
assured there will be no disturbing liberal viewpoints brought forward
crap.. they forgot to tell all the liberal congressmen and representatives that they have on.
But with the "Jaws" soundtrack running.
