The buildings are seriously grandiose..

But imagine what russia would be like if WW2 didnt happen..hmm..

Those buildings would indeed be monumental and an architecture looks great but it'd turn Moscow into the most greyish city in the world. We have our Palace of Culture built in the similar style and it is grey as hell and people don't think it's looks great.

It's a real shame they didn't build this.

It would have made a hella photo-op as the brutalized citizenry toppled that big ass statue at the top when it all fell apart!
