Once watched a pair of boneheads shot a 6-gal propane tank that they thought was empty. They were shooting from only 20 meters; I was standing about 50 meters from them.

Laughed my @ss as I watched them duck for cover!!!

well, the video I got to watch for my medical training showed a D cylinder used for medical oxygen. They knocked the neck of the tank off and the tank which was filled with 2000 PSI went through a 2.5 foot thick concrete wall and still travelled approx 100meters
