How often are those AN/PVS-10 scopes used on sniper rifles now compared to the M3's or Unertls? I thought they were mostly supposed to replace them, but weren't well like by everone.

that mortar shot is really cool. is it a 120mm? 10th Mountain is a pretty hardcore unit from what i hear...

Not being the a trained sniper I think they are great. I've used it a couple of times and I like it. All my sniper buddies don't like it one bit. SIMRAD this SIMRAD that, whatever. Could be old school opinions though.

They are ESS goggles.
