I don't think its a bucket over the end of the muzzle - its a blast away cover. That way the main gun can fire, but not have rocks or other crap get stuck in the barrel. Rocks and such in the barrel, during a firing of the main gun would have drastic reaction (aka, dead gun).

Putting a bucket over a tanks' cannon ain't right dude. That's like putting a metal plate over your mouth or something.

are there alot of black people in israel?Yes there are a lot of blacks in Israel.

They are for the most part Ethiopian Jews (and some non Jews as well) that Israel rescued in the late 80’s and early 90’s (although some came before then) from that war torn and famished nation.

There is also a few African American communities (yes I am not joking) that came to Israel and set up communities in the negav(Israel's largest desert)and they call themselves the black Hebrews (they are not jewish)......in fact Whitney Huston made the news a while ago when she visited family in those communities.

But to summarise, yes, there are a lot of blacks in Israel and most of them are from Ethiopia. (In fact my CO in basic and a little after was Ethiopian)

Shalom :D

There are large ethiopian jews community in Israel. They first came to Israel by foot from euthiopia with entire families (!!!!! that's a long walk !!! ) , until operation "magic carpet" in 1992 , that was carried out by "Sochnut" , and IAF , where 26,000 euthiopian jews were brought to Israel homeland .
And i think you are talking about Black Israelites community in Negev.

Bout time The Boys From Syracuse moved a little mud over there.

They did a hell of a job in GWI, they mounted GU/A-8 Cannons on their F-16 centerlines and mauled the iraqis.

is that US armor on a brit?!

It's not a Brit, his camo looks like Czech desert camo (see below), so...

No, I thinks its Lithuanian camo,

But the shoulder patch may be Latvian...

I see nothing even remotely Latvian there.

In the first photo, the black/red patch on the right shoulder...just a swag.
Can't think of any other Baltic country with colors like that.

The camo sure looks like the new Lithuanian desert though.
