I bought on Ebay an article but the seller wants now to much shipping money. What happens if I just ignore him?

I'm pretty sure you are contractually obligated to pay, since you won the acution. The smart thing to do would have been to settle upon shipping charges before bidding. I don't know exactly what he could do to you now though. Maybe just give you bad feedback?

No, Mr Rantanplan, 25 Euros was the price we agreed on when you bought the Swedish Made ***** Enlarger from me, my advert clearly stated it. You must pay.

its legally binding, they can launch a squaretrade case against you. But unless they choose the paying option, as opposed to the free case, bugger all.
Worst thing that will happen is you will get bad feedback.
If they decided to launch a paid squaretrade case, you can protest the seller has changed what he originally said - and you'll probably "win"

You probably wont get banned but you'll get a negative feedback. It's not like the eBay police are gonna arrest you or anything...

Was the shipping price clearly stated on the auction?

If it wasn't, did you ask how much ths shipping would be?

I've seen people sell things for a $1, like info pamphlets, and charge $10.00 in shipping...eBay is supposed to be checking up on price gouging for shipping.

Let's see the auction...

You will face the same fate like the idiot who thinks he doesn't have to pay an article he won in an auction from me. I'm sueing his ass...

Normally eastern Eruropean let's say "enforcer" will kick your door in and let you eat awful stuff, your own **** for example. Then brake your fingers - first on the left hand. Then they leave with a note for the next visit. Normally you have another 24 hours time. Then they bring a cutter and pincers...

pay it better.

No he didn't give his real adress. Someone else now got the thing and rantanplan doesn't have to pay. He's so smart... :(

I've sent him an Email. If he didn't revise the shipping cost, he can lick my arse.

Does it fit? If so don't mind about extra costs... It's a good buy! ;)
