Now I want to get it on my computer, so I can burn it on a cd.

if you have tv card just use antena/cable tv cable(i'm sure you have some of it lying around).
a)connect your card with your vcr with that cable(hope it have apripierate plugs on both ends)
vcrs ussualy have some preset chanel on witch they broadcast what is played in them(feauture for the tv sets without scart socket) so
b)tune to that chanel your tv card.
c) push record on your tuner card program then push play on you vcr to record **** on hard disk.
b) look if quality fits your needs and burn it onto cd as svcd or whatever
some will help you with finding apropierate mastering/encoding program.
if quality is bad buy/borrow vivo card

it should be written in vcr manual, if you don't have it just play something in vcr and scan(i'm sure your tv card came with proper soft for that) on what chanel vcr broadcast the shiznit...
