Last thursday or so, History channel played a whole minute-by-minute breakdown and reenactment of the Columbine situation, it was pretty well done and quite disturbing. Alot of accuracy, down to the Tec-9's

The police waited outside for over three hours. They could have sent a SWAT team thru a side door that was propped open, but they did not. Screams were hear out that door. EVERYONE was at fault. Not many things were done right that day, or before to prevent it.
