Mne Chris Maddison WAS killed by 'friendly fire'

The RMP's SIB (|Special Investigations Branch) have finally admitted that Mne Chris Maddison of 539 ASRM died of wounds caused by a MILAN round fired fellow Royal Marines who mistakenly thought they were enagaging an Iraqi patrol boat.
