Need help with flak and nvg mount

I need to update my gear... I've got the standard USMC interceptor vest and am thinking about buying some mag pouches, grenade pouches and maybe just a pouch to store small gear like the medkit or some other piece. Could anybody show me some setups that they like... what I mean is how is your configuration setup, like 2 pouches on the left, one on the right, or do you have one big pouch. It'd be nice if they were molle compatible.

What sort of crap do you have attached to your flak. Also, I'm in need of an NVG mount for my mich. Someone hook me up.

This is my SDS Interceptor.
On it, I have:
1x BlackHawk Industries 3 Mag pouch
2x BHI Single mag pouches
1x BHI Upright storage pouch
1x BHI med storage pouch (up on my chest)
1x BHI radio pouch
1x Camelbak 3L Thermobak
The image is outdated slightly; I've placed a BHI CQC Serpa Holster on STRIKE platform where the radio pouch is and moved the radio pouch closer to the arm hole. I also took the covers off the triple mag pouch so they're exposed like the single mag pouches (useful for MAGPULs)
All are MOLLE compatible; the loadout is loosely based on that of a friend in the USMC.

You interested in this NVG mount pictured here? Or you could buy the whole helmet, its a replica, but all accessories (cover, mount, helmet band, chin strap) are all real.

I like your setup a lot. So much in fact I might have to copy it! No... only kidding. I think i'm going to go with 3 Mag pouch the 2 single mag pouches and that upright storage pouch. As far as frag pouches, I'm still in the blue on that one.

That mount will not fit well on an ACH/MICH.

I think a Marine impression would look better with a PASGT.
