Well I would venture to say that the Israeli's and Americas have the most experienced snipers.......the Americans have the greatest history of employing snipers in warfare, and the Canadians have the world record shot........but when you take into account that the record they broke was done with 1960's technology, the record they broke was from Vietnam War, (guns and bullets) then you have to wonder about which one took more skill to achieve. The Canadians were using 21st century technology and newly developed bullet types. It is also true that the record they broke accured in far less then ideal conditions where the new Canadian record in A-stan was achieved under ideal sniper conditions in terms of air density (altitude), humidity, clear skies, etc etc etc..................So I would argue that the Vietnam War record broken by the Canadians, took more skill to achieve because it was achieved under much harsher conditions, with less then ideal equipment, and using much older technology.................

It of course doesnt take away from the amazing shot produced by the Canadians, who actually fired more then one shot on the same target to achieve the record "hit" by the way.

Its really hard to beat the Americans when it comes to sniping............America has always recognized the importance of snipers and has always invested heavily in that field (not so the Isreali's according to thier own sources even).........America also has a huge wealth of experience dating back to the American Revolution (and even pre-Revolutionary) and American Civil War on the combat application of sniping......................

America was one of the first nations to actually employ wide scale use of snipers on the battlefield.

Today in Iraq, Afghanistan, Phiilipines, and Columbia (among others) American snipers are continuing to hone thier skills in combat and Im sure America will continue to value the sniper and invest in training, equiping, and testing them..................

in short, America has the best snipers. US Army snipers, USMC snipers,USAF Snipers, Green Beret Snipers, Seal snipers, FBI Snipers, SWAT Snipers, Delta Force Snipers, DEA Snipers, Secret Service Snipers, Regular Police Snipers............Nobody has as many. hehe.

Swaziland has the best snipers, followed clesely by Hawaii (a state known for its sniping heritage), and Cuba.............................

I also have to give props to the snipers of Somalia.............they have an uncanny ability to achieve 1 hit per 10 million AK rounds fired.......now thats efficiency!!!!
