This I called PRACKA it is a mounting of a A-A missile on a platform these pick represent PRACKA mounted on a praga vehicle
Two versions were produced
One with one R-73 missiles with busters it is called RL-4M

The other has two R-60 missile also with a buster - designated RL-2M

this was made in 1999 during the Kosovo conflict and as far as I know it had no military value
