What I noticed is in one video he appeared very arrogant still. He was stroking his beard and looking around.

1. They didnt know that he was in the hiding hole. They saw 2 people running away from the wall. Members of TF121 lifted the lid, they were going to huck a frag and then saddam appeared with his hands up.
