I like the blocking positions.
So basically you used 600 soldiers, 30 Humvee's, 9 tanks, 16 IFV's, a gunship company and artillery support to capture 3 Iraqi's with 1 rifle and 1 pistol? ;)

However, look at the case of Saddam's sons, five dudes, and that took something like 4 hours before they were dead. We go in with numbers, cause as Rummy says, there are things we known we know, and things we known we don't know. We didn't know Saddam wasn't going to go without a fight (heck I was suprized).
Look at 3 Oct 93 in the Mog - we'll go in with numbers for a LONG time.

Right :cantbeli:
Just restating the obvious. Sometimes I really think that I shouldn't post within 1 half hour from waking up.

Here's how I see it. Delta/SF/Dev or who ever, had eyes on target within 1 hour of first tip-off. Once the target was confirmed, the 4th ID rolled in. OR, a sniper team was placed 1 km. from target, and dug in about 600 yards from possible target. After seeing movement in target area, the call was made. The 4th ID along with SF team moves in. The SF team clears the building, hauls out the tier 1 personality, and the 4th ID takes the credit. But, hey, that's how these guys work. Or it could be the other way around and the 4th ID did it all. woot

Looks like Task Force 121 finally got to be used for something that paid off. Too bad all those SF guys didn't have something to kill or blow up...not even so much as a TOW fired.
Hey, anyone know if 121 is only all American SF, or are there any Brit or Aussie troops in it?
