The title is staying in Europe. The referee is Swedish and we paid him well p-)

It's just their way to destroy the other team's game plan. It's always the same. I remember a final we played against them a few years ago when we were in the lead and then some canuck did one of the worst back charge assaults ever seen in hockey on Peter Forsberg. Sadly it worked and shifted the game.
Great to see that the czhechs manage to keep their mind on the game. Congrats.

yep we all know why nobody likes Canada in the hockey, it always the same .. Fishera should knocked out Smyth's teeth with the stick.
But Fishera is just very sweet and nice guy to do that.

I like how none of us Canadians here says anything bad about losing to the Czechs because we respect your team and your style of play. But for you guys to win and say how nobody likes us because of some rough play...If you dont like rough play get the **** out of hockey! Its not a childrens game, theres always gonna be bad apples in the bunch and you have to learn how to play with them there. Thats the Canadian style of play, and if you dont like it stick to Europe.
look we play rought too and we are not angels(holding sticks..etc) and I understand that there is always frustration when you loosing in the final.But why would you try to break someones leg?WTF?
Its always same.I mean, you play the best(or second best :) ) hockey in tho world, you dont need this.

Like i said, theres bad apples in every bunch.
Come over here and play hockey and you will see that every player is a fighter, some more than others, but those guys are still extremely talented players. Its the finals, people get heated. Need we even try to bring up the russian style of play? Slashing and then skating off like a girl?

Tha part of the problem is that you have no much respect for czechs(speaking about hockey only ) for some reasons, so you get even more frustrated, when you losing with us.
To be fair we were more lucky, but hey, its always big thing for us to beat you woot

No respect for the Czechs? You guys are the only other team out there comparable to our style of play.
We have no respect for the Russians and little for Slovakia, but we have tons of respect for the Czechs.

It's not about rough play. A fight is always fair.
