little tale from basra anti coaltions types warning

tale from my brother.
Standing on the front gate one morning bored ****less as usual.
when arab man across the road starts shouting Saddam we love you Saddam we love you ****ing americans go home.
this peaks my brothers interest as its the first unfriendly they seen.
his rant is suddenly cut short by apperance of locals who start beating him. My brother grins for a moment then realizes the locals are not about to stop gets the guard commander who gets the local iraq police who turn up the beating stops for a while then the local police force start in on him with bloody great sticks.
At this point the guard comander decides they can't just stand and watch and watch a lynching and rescue the poor sod who's taken to the hospital though the police did offer to take him out of sight and finish him off.
in Basra the local resistance have there hands full hiding from the local populance who are now armed know who they are and have no mercy.
they have turned up at the front gate asking for prisoners to be handed over carrying knives. for prisoner dismembering of
