It is an Aimpoint, you can read the name on the sight. Most likely a Aimpoint Comp ML 2 or M2.
Anyway it is still the best red dot sight in the world.

Purely opinion.. I myself prefer the EOTech. The Aimpoint is the best red dot sight in the world TO CERTAIN PEOPLE.
Different people different opinions.

You can see a very faded "Aimpoint" on the side of the optic.

The state-of-the-art aerospace composite enclosed the optical and mechanical cavity. The electronics are fully encapsulated in shock absorbing resin compound to adhere to extreme recoil and vibration environements. A ruggedized, "roll bar" hood is secured to protect the heads-up display window.
Plastic!? I think I'll rather go for the rugged aluminium construction of the Aimpoint.
EOTech models are submersible down to 10-33 feet (3-10 meters). Aimpoint is submersible to 15-135 feet (5-45 meters).
EOTech models have (only) 200-1100 h of battery life. Aimpoint has 50 000 h of battery life = 5,7 years (500 000 hours of use on NVD setting). I don't want my sight to stop working when I need it the most.
CompM2 M68/CCO is the standard sight for U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force.
All Aimpoint models have unlimited field of view and are 100 % parallax-free with unlimited eye relief.
Not to mention that the Aimpoint 9000SC is available in Realtree Hardwoods Green :)
It is difficult to compare the HOLOgraphic sight against the Red dot sights in general since they are all different in optical performance, construction, etc.
