found this picture in the user submitted picture section and i was wondering if growing marijuana was common in A-Stan?? and if the taliban grew it for profits and where they shipped it?

yep its got Guns,Weed and now the only thing its missing is some hot chicks and a cooler of beer/Coke(Minus the afghans and the soldier of course)

The drug trade is huge in Afghanistan. Although, weed isn't that common, the main cash crop are poppies. Farmers in Afghanistan produce 80% of the world's opium.

Under the Taliban the growing & export wasn't so much of a problem, they had severe sentences on drug growing & trafficking. With the fall of the Taliban however that strict control is gone, and we are back at square one. :/
