I think its a bunch of BS, makes him look like a real holy warrior. Not only is he a great mastermind but he fights along side his troops. Its like a jihadist PR campaign. Gives him credit to the jihadist he is sending out to kill themselves on these suicide missions. The website makes to many references on how he is going to come back even stronger, he probably got a splinter or something. I am sure they are working on some photos of him bandaged up but fighting the infidels.
