Yeah great...Look at Shamil Basayev in Chechnya.. how many times has that guy been "killed"? Put his head on a pike and then I'll be happy. Does this guy have relatives? Maybe its time to grab them up covert style and start sending his emmissaries body parts until he gives himself up. Worked for the Russians in Lebanon...what year was that 1980 somthing.
