Two U.S. Soldiers Killed in Baghdad Bomb Attack (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,2763,1111892,00.html)

There is some simple trick to evade radio jammer interference when preparing radio-controlled IED. Chechen insurgents already employed it in Chechnya (because Russian APC today often also use jammers)

The jammer want work , if you have wire executed or "trampling line" , or infra - red , or timer ( you choose ) charges .

What do you mean by "trampling line"?

My guess, that the car drives over the trigger.

Sorry , that's what my translator said .. I knew that's wrong translation :( , damnit . Just for example most simple one :long 2 parts of copper that are separated between each other , and placed camouflaged on the road. When someone passes on that line , he pressures together those too parts , closing electrical circuit , and detonates off road charge in proximity (or something else for that matter , like "Bazuka" on stand ).
Jammer may prevent any Radio/cell phone detonators. Let's say the jammer do works in that cases.

Directly controlled IED is the better than IEDs with timers and pressure detonation. So radio-controlled IED is the best solution. But you should first evade jammer signal. There is a solution for this case.

I can think on couple of solutions ...But i do acctually think they preffer wired execution over Radio operated .
