View Full Version : I would like to give out EQUIPMENT

05-30-2005, 02:54 AM
Okay, calm down, I have some used equipment in my "BOX" for a very long time, I will ship them for free to Iraq or anywhere in the USA. Just make sure you are a National Guard Soldier (probably active duty later).

I believe that this guys usually get stuff preety late. So why not give my used equipment for free... Would like to know as well how you think about it, more like product testing.

I have a friend who develops this kind of equipment (www.apsram.com) and we might use the ARMY or The USMC to evaluate it for us, but I'm not promising yet to send in bulk of goods, just would like to know the initial response.

cheers,

Richardson

I have to ask, is this equipment of good quality? Because the last thing any soldier in the Box needs is that cheap airsoft knockoff ****. Have you put your product through any "torture test" yourself? What does it look like through NV? If a soldier gets one of these free pieces of equipment and it breaks on them during combat because it was made with inferior materials and flawed designs its on you. But if it fits this bill you might want to try over at www.lightfighter.net there tends to be a good number of memebers from there deployed at any given time and they all love there gear and many of them test for other makers as well. Well thats my 2 cents good luck.

Oh btw, guys are not getting anything late over there anymore you get all kinds of goodies when you go through Kuwait and before you deploy.

Is it all paint ball stuff? We dont have much use for that sort of thing. But if it is geared towards the actual military field use you could send some our way and I am sure I can find some guys to put it thru its paces.

What makes you think your gonna be able to use non issue gear during basic. Good luck.

What could a paintball company offer for real soldiers? Your laser red dot sights?I woulden't use that stuff, the ones you sell are ment for paintball markers, not real weapons. The LBE an mag pouches on your site are probably cheaply made an won't stand up to the constant use/punishment of military training/war fighting. An it might light up like a christmas tree when viewed with NODs.

excuse me nelson but if your talking to me notice i said my weekends, as in national guard, i'm not dumb enough to think that non issued gear gets used in basic.

WOW, some of the people on this site have no place here.

Hi guys, thanks for the private messages and replies, I have consulted their Marketing Director who was an EX British Para and now residing, doing business in Hong Kong.

I remember that a single person who represents a SEAL team went to Hong Kong just to see the Products and ended up ordering RAM's for his Unit.

But yes waiting for his Directors reply....

Probably we will need Pictures of you guys with OUR equipment in general, more appropriately if you can take it with some MILITARY HARDWARE. (HMMV's, BRADLEY, M1A2, Helicopters... etc) and we will also need your "endorsement/Reccomendation" plus your pictures will be use in future marketing campaigns "we will block out your "face" if you want your identity to be kept.

thanks,
Richardson

I am sorry I did not realize you were in the NG I don't have time to look at everyone's profile. You said you would be in basic this fall you mentioned nothing about the NG. Get over yourself.

and now back to the thread, I hardly beleive you will recieve any endorsments from soldiers in the field if their gear breaks during an assault or the like. So back to my original question is this paintball/airsoft knockoff gear or is it real stuff designed by people that know what they are doing or was it designed by airsofters after their field trials?

However, I have heard great things about the RAM as a training aide and I would get just would rather spend the money to shoot my pistol

Richardson, stop offering to give your products to soldiers. It will not hold up in the field, and you will be faced at the best with poor reviews, or at the worst, someone dying because his equipment failed him.

Everyone else, stop posting your National Guard/OCS/basic in 3 weeks stories requesting free ****. A). You can not legally consent to the use of your photo by anyone other than the US government for ads/commercials. B). I know you want free stuff, but this is just stuff you would have to pay to replace when it fails. Why bother?

WOW, some of the people on this site have no place here.

Avoid talking **** about people you don't know. You're in the Guard and haven't even been MOSQ'd yet. He could be an E7 18D, or an E4 19D. Either way, he could be far more qualified to talk about any of this than you will ever be. (or he might be an internet poser).

i'll be in basic this fall

Know what that means to me? You are not a soldier yet, and thus, have no place talking about this.

Finally someone reinforces my point.
