I have heard about Danish peacekeepers who were attacked by some "Klingons" (this was the politically not correct nickname for the locals) with mortar fire. In response, their Leopard-tanks fired 42 105mm grenades. After that impressive action, Danish UN-Troops had no problems with local warlords any more.

This has happened around 1992-93
