CNN tonight is showing footage of US army units attacking the presidential compount in Baghdad on the Tigris, which includes the information ministry. "US Commados" are said to have stormed another Presidential palace elsewhere in the city. All this seems to be done with 60 tanks and 40+ Bradleys. That seems to be all that's out right now as Feyadeen fighters are keeping foriegn reports confined to their hotel.

Initial reports say "this isn't another incursion but the real thing."

question....what's the full definition of "the real thing" ?

It's nice to see our guys resting in Saddam's gardens... In the clip above, after you see our tanks in front of the famous crossed sword monument in Baghdad, the information minister gets on and says there's no American's in Baghdad.
