Hmm,
NOT British or Rhodesian. It looks like a commercial cammo pattern, perhaps an experimental one, not one adopted by any military?

cheers

Your best bet is probably to just look at the (possible) label inside the jacket. Now sometimes , even in the issued uniforms it doesn't tell you much , but it's a start.

And judging from the pattern , I'd say it's either from some African country or it's a commercial one. Now of course I could be wrong , so I'd better let you do the hard work this time and just give you a bunch of links to start browsing through from:

These links are more than a good start.

It looks like Portuguese camo, winter version. (The summer version has lighter colours). The army has now adopted DPM, but the Fuzileiros Navais (Naval infantry) still use the Portuguese pattern.

Hmmm. I'm having a look at it http://www.henrikc.dk/camouflage/portugal_front.jpg I don't think it's Portuguese.

I'm buying it off an online auction. I have asked the seller what type, however he hasn't got back to me yet.
