Take the poll. Please vote for the Starfleet uniform. I can't wait to wear that one.... Another example of wasted tax-dollars.

i went in and voted for the klingon leisure suit. i rated the historical outfits as poor.
wouldn't it be the ****s if a bunch of dufus' on a military photo web site affected the future look of our military? fot a split second i was seriously thinking of writing a perl script to login repeatedly and keep voting for the captain kirk jammies (with elasticated waistline).
serious waste of resources. what next, matching accessories?

Aw jeez! :cantbeli: No offense to whoever came up with or likes those designs, but what? I like the current Class A's, I say keep them pretty much the same. Have a good one all, just some thoughts...

While the uniforms might change... hopefully the men filling them won't....

Hahaha, thats cool. And yeah, who knows, the next 100 years they very well might be in the pipeline....but I doubt it. ;) Not for a long while yet anyway.

While I think the current uniforms are just fine, change is inevitable. Those Starfleet type uniforms might just be the thing service men and women will be wearing in 50 years time.....who knows ! :D

Heres hoping the new uniforms don't have zippers in the back as they do on television. Kinda hard to dress yourself. :|

Haha, thanks. Well, the whole thing is cut off except for the first letter, which looks like an "S" [Seen <--that's what it's called, not the English word "seen" ;)], but if it has three dots on the top, it'd be a "Sh" sound [Sheen <--same thing as above ;)]...so it's hard to tell.

As you know, the Arabic alphabet is used in many languages, including Farsi and Pashto. Though in Farsi and Pashto, there are a number of extra letters designated to the different sounds that Arabic does not have [i.e. in Farsi and Pashto, there's another letter for the "P" sound, which Arabic does not have, {that's why you hear them (Arabs) say, "Colin Bowell," 'cuz they can't ****ounce the "P" sound, like the Japanese and the "L" sound}...we also have the "G" {like in "Golf," or "Gone"} sound, which again, is not present in the Arabic language]...

But anyway, although some people who can read Arabic, due to the above reason, this does not necessarily mean that they can understand it ;) . A funny thing happened to me one day. A Christian brother asked me to do a quick survey and I was like sure. After it concluded [it was a Christian survey] he asked me if I can read Arabic, and I said yes, and he says, "Here's something in your language," it was an Arabic Bible. It was very thoughful of him, but I can only read it, not understand it, just like with the Holy Qur'an.

I did not mention this to him though...didn't want to do anything that would insult him in any way. :|

I think he's saying he can ****ounce the Arabic alphabet, but not the language Arabic itself. Like how I can read the Latin alphabet (what English is written in) but I don't know any Italian, even though Italian is also written in the Latin alphabet.

Yes , i am aware of that :bash: ;)
That was just one funny lesson the Afgani made , so the sarcasm went to action . Nothing actually special in what i have said . It can be easily tranlated- just don't ask me for the translation .
